An example of the ultra-decade-long collaboration between IMA Phoenix and Leuze Italia is the Volt770 solution.
The product is equipped with a laser measurement sensor (upstream) that reads the height of the box to be labeled by communicating the exact stroke and by a barcode reader (downstream) that confirms whether the application was done correctly.
This wipe-on applicator is adaptable to different heights and thanks to the electric stepper motors is extremely safe: no need for protective barriers.
