IMA Phoenix is pleased to announce the appointment of Milena Reguzzi as Finance Manager.
A path of professional growth for Milena Reguzzi, who joined the company four years ago as Finance Specialist. After the degree in Economics and Business Administration at Milano-Bicocca University, she enhanced her skills at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland with a postgraduate course in Driving Financial Performance.
She will report directly to IMA Phoenix’s Board of Directors and Administration-Finance-Control Department of IMA Group. She will be a key figure in the process of harmonising the parent company's procedures and directives.
Born in 1997, she is a clear example of a Gen Z talent. Analytical mindset, critical thinking and keeping up to date are the key points of her business approach.
The role of financial managers has evolved significantly over the years. In the past, they were primarily responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. However, with the advancements in technology and the changing business landscape, their role has become more complex and multifaceted.
Today, financial managers are expected to be proactive in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

ABOUT MILENA REGUZZI
With a degree in Economics and Business Administration obtained in 2019 at Milano-Bicocca University, Milena Reguzzi is completing her MBA degree in Business Administration.
She perfected her skills with the postgraduate course in Driving Financial Performance at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland in 2022.
Milena started working at IMA Phoenix in 2020 as Finance Specialist demonstrating great expertise in administration and finance, which led to her appointment as Finance Manager in 2024.
