One example is the Link Mate, the advanced configuration and diagnostics tool available (as standard) on the entire range of IMA Phoenix labeling solutions.

Introduced on the 30th anniversary of Phoenix's founding, LinkMate offers multiple features such as, for example, the ability to create instant reports that can be sent to our internal technical support team to facilitate remote troubleshooting and assistance.

The interface of LinkMate is very intuitive and easy to use. The home screen can be customized with personalized logo.

The direct, daily link with our team is facilitated by a precise business model with astructured processes and a strengthened organizational unit.

Starting from August 01, 2024, Roberto Colombo will be the first point of contact for all service-related inquiries.

In Phoenix since December 2022, Roberto has 20 years of technical knowledge in the electronic equipment landscape. Roberto will join Edoardo Vallario, already part of IMA Phoenix's After-Sales team since last year.

Roberto Colombo and Edoardo Vallario (After-Sales Specialists) cooperate with Deana Dods who is an ace in the hole of IMA Phoenix for a closest presence in the North America.

Another project is the technical newsletter INFOTECH & SOLUTIONS. It is a periodic information update with the aim of maintaining a direct link with all those involved in the integration, installation, maintenance, and after-sales activities of IMA Phoenix labeling solutions.

INFOTECH & SOLUTIONS share with our technical audience improvement of performance, additional functions, introduction of new technologies for IMA Phoenix labeling systems.

INFOTECH & SOLUTIONS This was created due to the customer support department’s need to inform our partners about technical updates related to the company’s product portfolio, improved internal components, after-sales assistance procedures andchanges in standard equipment and spare parts.
